What we build

Housing for growing communities.

We focus on residential projects in the St. Louis region — the kinds of homes that fit how the area is growing and make good use of the land.

Townhome communities

Attached homes make good use of land close to jobs, schools, and services. They give buyers a lower-maintenance option and help communities add housing without sprawling outward. We plan the site, the streets, and the homes together so the community feels finished, not crowded.

Single-family neighborhoods

Planned subdivisions with finished lots, sidewalks, and green space. We develop the land into a neighborhood and build homes designed to fit it — whether that's a handful of lots on an infill site or a larger community on the edge of town.

Infill and small multifamily

Underused parcels in established neighborhoods are often the best places for new homes — they already have roads, utilities, and services. We take these sites through rezoning and build duplexes, fourplexes, and small apartment buildings that fit the street.

Build-to-rent

Rental communities designed, developed, and built for long-term ownership. We work with investment partners to deliver quality rental homes, with the durability and site planning that long-term ownership demands.

How we choose projects

What makes a good site for us

The right location

Close to roads, jobs, schools, and services, in communities where people want to live.

Infrastructure nearby

Access to sewer, water, and streets — or a clear, affordable path to extend them.

A zoning path

A realistic case for rezoning that the community and city can support.

Real demand

A housing type the local market needs, at a price that makes sense to build.
