It started with our own ground
Our family owned land in Chesterfield, Missouri, before the area was developed. Over the years we watched farmland become neighborhoods, schools, and shopping — and saw firsthand how much good development depends on the people behind it.
That experience is why A.G. Land Co exists. We started by acquiring land and taking it through rezoning. Today we carry projects further: preparing the site, putting in the infrastructure, and building the homes.
We take on a focused number of projects at a time so each one gets our full attention, and we stay involved from the first conversation with a landowner to the day a family moves in.
